British Contemporary – An Old Urban Jewel with a Modern Extension. (CC)

So here I am back with the build for the month. It took me only two days even though is a huge house, with 7 bedrooms and 4 baths. I think the biggest time consumer when building is the cluttering.

This house has NO clutter! That’s right. It is a house made inspired by a challenge I’m working on and I did not want to clutter the house at all. Just thought of a house would look like if it was ready to be put in the market.

The only place that might have some clutter is the bathrooms, and one closet.

Second Note of July

I’m not even going to address how lame I am for still not posting chapter 6 of Jensen and Jourdan but… that is just the kind of simmer I am… lame. Sorry guys!

In other news, I am currently working on my build for this month and hope to come around to catching up with myself by posting what I meant to post before July ends.

Here are some picture of the new build… is meant for a challenge which I will start soon.

This is inspired by an English home. It is meant to be an old structure on the front (but well taken care of) with a modern addition in the back.

First Note of April

Hello simmer friends!!

Hope this quarantine times aren’t taking a toll on you. If you are in a country in which you are allowed to go about your daily life like usual, still, stay safe. Keep in mind awareness is what will help us kick this ugly thing into the nothingness… and now, for what I came to share with all of you:

I have been working on the build for this month already. It is a suburban house, tropical style. Yes, it doesn’t have palm trees because I don’t like those, but it is based on a real house (my house) in the tropical, beautiful Florida.

Here are some pictures to get you interested…

My house doesn’t have the color pallet I am using here, but it does have the style and the decor is very similar.
Hopefully, it will be up for download in less than a week!! I do have to work you guys ;P
