This time I come to tease you a bit, and I’m sorry for it.
I have finished the house I was working on for a dear friend, and I have come to show you all the results. However, I will not be uploading this house for public download. Instead, I hope to inspire you builders out there to build something today; or if you just like to decorate, to finish that room your sims have always wanted… are we really talking as if they were alive? Yes why, not? After all, our sims come to live every time we talk about them, write about them, blog about them… hope everyone likes the pictures. 😉
The house is Colonial style Please click here to find the original blueprint, for which I take no credit.
The garage door is to the side, so the house is meant to be on a corner. It makes everything more interesting!
Doing the garden was a challenge.
Outdoor area by the pool.
A waterfall, the sun, and a crystal clear pool; what more can you ask for?
The back porch is a lot bigger than what it shows.
I’m still very much the novice when it comes to making pools, and roofs. But I’m getting the hang of it.
Inside the house. The foyer takes us to the dinning room, living room, and west side of the house.

Let’s have some coffee!
The kitchen, which took quite a lot of thought to produce. He, he.
Breakfast it’s served!
East hallway, which lead us to the garage; the study room; a young adult room; and master bedroom.
Comfy corner in the east hallway.
The entrance to the garage is also the laundry room. What a way to save space! Ha!
The study room, or art room, or office. Make your choice.
Books, books, lots of books.
Perhaps this young adult is studying to be a fashion designer?
The entrance to the master bedroom is the walk-in closet. Wonderful!
I imagine I can spend many afternoons reading on this bed, while taking a peak once in a while at the pool.
But we also have a reading corner in this bedroom, so why not enjoy it?
And there is a bathroom. Inside the bedroom, yep.
Many towels, because one can’t ever be too sure.
West hallway, which leads us to 4 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Family corner is very important to have.
The second master bedroom. It’s smaller, but just as comfy.
A reading corner… yes, they all have one.
It’s own bathroom. Very small, but efficient.
The alone man! That is it’s title, it’s been decided.
A teen bedroom. What’s funny is behind that column hides a very tall bookcase.
The 3rd bathroom, which is open to guests as well.
Is the biggest bathroom in the house.
The kid’s bedroom. This family knows no limit!!
The pink room, as I call it.
All in all, the perfect family house. ❤
